Emory Men's Tennis Team Volunteers At Ronald McDonald House

From Emory University Athletics

The Emory men's tennis team recently volunteered at the nearby Ronald McDonald House.

The team showed off their collective culinary skills and cooked up breakfast for the appreciative residents of the House.  In addition, the Emory mascot, Swoop, made an appearance and, as usual, was a popular choice for photos with the children.

The Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities, Inc. (ARMHC) is an organization that provides temporary housing and support services to families of ill and injured children being treated at local hospitals.   The Gatewood House is a 50-bedroom facility located on Gatewood Road near Emory University.  This house features 10 two-bedroom suites for families whose children are recovering from heart, liver, kidney, or blood and marrow transplants.
