Adrian Spitz of the New York University baseball team was named Second Team All-ECAC (Eastern College Athletic Conference) Metro/Upstate on Tuesday, June 7.

The junior from Los Angeles, CA, led the Violets in batting average (.366), hits (52), runs batted in (35), doubles (10), triples (3), home runs (3), total bases (77), and slugging percentage (.542).

In the final game of his collegiate career, the left fielder collected two hits, drove in a run and scored three times against Skidmore College on May 8.

This is Spitz's first-career ECAC honor.
