Washington University Continues to Lead Directors' Cup; Four UAA Schools Among Top-20

In the first set of spring Learfield Directors’ Cup standings, Washington University leads Division III with 837.00 total points.

Men's volleyball and women's golf were the only sports added to the latest Division III standings. NYU scored in both sports and moved up to 17th in the overall standings, becoming the fourth Association team to earn a top-20 ranking. University of Chicago (13th) and Emory University (14th) are also ranked in the top-20.

The Bears have already reached the NCAA quarterfinals in men's and women's tennis, and have also qualified for the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship. Chicago earned NCAA bids in softball and men's tennis, and has reached the national quarterfinals in women's tennis. Emory has advanced to the NCAA quarterfinals in men's and women's tennis, is currently competing in the NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship, and has garnered an NCAA berth in baseball. 

The final Division II and Division III spring standings will be released Thursday, June 1.
