to 8-0 on the year, shooting 54.2 percent (13-of-24) from the
field, compared to CWRU's 40.7 percent (11-of-27), in outpointing
CWRU by a 40-30 margin.
Case trailed by a 55-51 count with 10:57 left in the game but fell
victim to 10-0 Emory burst over a 5:53 stretch, that saw
junior Will Trawick, Foster and DaGue all knock triples, that
pushed the Eagles to a 66-51 cushion with 5:04 on the clock.
A layup by senior Michael Florin with 2:46 remaining gave
Emory a 72-57 lead and the Eagles went six-for-six from the charity
stripe over the final 1:17 of the contest to seal the
victory.
Foster scored 13 of his game-high 24 points in the second half and
ended the evening converting seven-of-14 from the field, including
four-of-six from beyond the arc, in recording his
11th outing of 20 or more points this year.

up by a pair with 7:53 left. A triple by Spartan
senior Dane McLoughlin, who would eventually lead CRWU in scoring
with 15 points, gave the visitors a one-point advantage, but
Foster's third trey of the stanza put the Eagles up by a 35-33
count with 3:07 remaining. A pair of Case free throws tied
the game, but junior Davis Rao knocked down a three
pointer from the corner as time was running out to give Emory a
38-35 lead at the break. The Eagles were successful on 53.8
percent (14-of-26) of their field goal attempts, including a
