New York University's men's golf team completed the St. Lawrence Invitational in fourth place. The tournament was hosted by St. Lawrence University and held on Saturday and Sunday, September 5-6, in Canton, NY.
The Violets shot 631 overall, putting them 36 strokes behind competition winner, Hamilton College (595). Overall, 12 teams competed.

"It was our first tournament, and we will just get better from here," said NYU Head Coach Todd Kolean. "It was a good weekend from Oberholtzer. His 77 was a really good start for a freshman on a new course."
