Emory Tops NYU At UAA Men's Golf Championships; Eagles Play For Title On Sunday

The Emory golf team rolled to a victory over New York University in a semifinal match at the University Athletic Association Championships. The event is being played at the 6,972-yard, par 72 Hammock Beach Resort Course in Palm Coast, Florida.

Using a match-play format, the No. 5-ranked Eagles posted a 5-0 decision over the Violets.  Below are the results of the match-play competitions

Matt Organisak (EU) 5&4 over Matt Shen (NYU)

Emory will meet Carnegie Mellon in Sunday's title clash, with that match beginning at 9:00 am. CMU edged Rochester, 4-1, in the other semifinal contest.
