Case Western Reserve University junior midfielder Chris Cvecko (Erie, Pa./McDowell) has been selected to the 2014 National Soccer Coaches Associaton of America Division III All-Great Lakes Region Third Team. The all-region honor is the first of Cvecko's career.

Earlier this fall, Cvecko was named to the All-University Athletic Association First Team for the second season in a row. He led the team and ranked third in the UAA with 18 points on seven goals and four assists.

In 53 career matches, Cvecko has 45 points (16 goals/13 assists) and six game winners. He ranks eighth in program history in points and goals as well as tied for seventh in assists.

In 2014, CWRU (8-6-4) increased its win total by two under second-year Head Coach Brandon Bianco and worked its way into the regional rankings for the first time since 2011.
