Key Weekend Ahead in UAA Men’s Soccer

Eight games are slated for the penultimate weekend in UAA men’s soccer with four teams within two points of the top spot in the Association standings.

UAA co-leader Case Western Reserve University and defending Association champion University of Chicago, who each received votes in the latest National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) national poll, face off in Chicago today.

12th-ranked Brandeis University, who currently shares the top spot with the Spartans, plays at Emory University on Friday. The Eagles are 2-1-1 in UAA play, just two points out of the top spot. The Judges face Chicago on Sunday.

11th-ranked Washington University, who is also just two points out first place in the UAA standings, hosts Carnegie Mellon University today. The Bears and Case Western Reserve University meet in a key contest on Sunday.

NYU travels to University of Rochester on today and Emory on Sunday. The Yellowjackets host Carnegie Mellon on Sunday.
