Maroons Men's Swimming and Diving Wins Chicago Invitational

The University of Chicago men's swimming and diving team kept its hot streak rolling by winning the Chicago Invitational on Saturday. The Maroons are now 2-0 in dual meets and have won both of their invitationals so far this season.

UChicago won the the nine-team men's field with 981 points. 

UChicago picked up two victories on the men's side. Sophomore Matthew Veldman recorded a time of 1:45.77 to win the 200-yard freestyle. The Maroons also swept the top three places in the three-meter dive, led by junior Anthony Restaino with a winning score of 522.25 points.
