New York University's men's and women's swimming & diving
teams achieved Scholar All-American status for the 2013 fall
semester. The honors were presented by the College Swimming Coaches
Association of America (CSCAA).
The Team Scholar All-American Award is presented to college and
university swimming & diving teams who have a cumulative grade
point average of 3.0 or higher.
The cumulative GPA for the women's swimming & diving team in
fall 2013 was 3.37, tying for 46th of all Division III teams, while
the men finished the semester with a cumulative GPA of 3.21, tying
for 31st of all Division III teams.
Overall, both NYU teams finished the 2013-14 season with 6-2
dual-meet records.
