The University of Chicago men's and women's swimming and divings teams were both honored as 2013 Fall Scholar All-America Teams by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) on Wednesday.
The CSCAA award is given out twice a year and requires a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher. The UChicago women's team owns a 3.42 GPA while the men's team has a 3.41 GPA.
A total of 121 women's teams and 76 men's team earned selection to the Scholar All-America list for NCAA Division III.
