Chicago Continues Success at NCAA Championships

The University of Chicago men's swimming and diving team added to its All-American haul at the second day of the NCAA Division III Championships on Thursday.

The Maroons nabbed two relay All-American finishes. The 200-yard freestyle relay raced to ninth place in 1:21.33, courtesy of senior Thomas Meek, freshman Alexander Farrell, junior Jonathan Simoneau and senior Matthew Veldman. The 400-yard medley relay also got in on the action with a 16th-place showing in 3:22.22. The relay was composed of freshman Winston Wang, senior James Taylor, Veldman and Meek.
