Reona Yamaguchi Highlights Day Three Effort for Maroons at UAA Championships

Reona Yamaguchi set a new school record in the 100-yard breaststroke for the University of Chicago swimming and diving teams at day three of the 2017 University Athletic Association (UAA) Swimming & Diving Championships on Friday.

The freshman Yamaguchi provided the day's big highlight by breaking the school record in the 100-yard breaststroke. He took second place in the race in a time of 54.22.

Freshman Taye Baldinazzo took second in the 200-yard freestyle (1:39.93) and sophomore Alexander Farrell was third in the 100-yard butterfly (49.84).
