No. 5 Washington Gets Past No. 6 Trinity in Top-10 Matchup

Senior Adam Putterman and sophomore Jeremy Bush posted an upset win over the No. 1 doubles team in NCAA Division III to lead the No. 5-ranked Washington University in St. Louis men's tennis team to a 6-3 victory over No. 6-ranked Trinity (Texas) Saturday in the third-place match at the Stag-Hen Invitational in Claremont, Calif.

Washington U. improved its overall record to 9-2, while Trinity fell to 10-6. The Bears wrapped up their Spring Break Trip winning four of five matches, including three top-10 victories.
