From Emory University Athletics

The No. 1-ranked Emory men's tennis team upped its win streak to 12 matches following a Saturday afternoon triumph at home over DePauw University. The Eagles boosted their spring record to 13-2 following a 5-0 decision over the Tigers who slipped to 6-7.

With inclement weather forcing the match indoors, and the teams playing to decision, Emory went up by a 3-0 count after sweeping doubles. The Eagles' No. 1 team of Scott Rubinstein and James Spaulding won their fifth straight match with an 8-4 outcome against Patrick Farrell and John Daseke. Senior Rafe Mosetick and freshman Jonathan Jemison registered their eighth consecutive win at No. 2, bettering Dan Rodefeld and Matt Quammen, 8-2, lifting their spring slate to 10-2.  At third doubles, sophomore David Omsky and freshman Adrien Bouchet came away with an 8-6 triumph.

In singles, Mosetick won at No. 1 over Rodefeld, 6-3, 6-0, while Bouchet captured a 6-1, 6-2 outcome over Greg Frauenheim.
