No. 4 Washington University Men's Tennis Advances to NCAA Quarterfinals for 11th Consecutive Year

The No. 4-ranked Washington University in St. Louis men's tennis team advanced to the NCAA Division III Quarterfinals for the 11th-straight season with a 5-1 win over No. 28 Kenyon College Saturday at the Tao Tennis Center in St. Louis. 

WashU improved to 18-4 with the win, Kenyon had its eight-match win streak snapped and ended the season at 14-11.

"It was a great effort in doubles and singles today by the Bears," said WashU head coach Roger Follmer. "Its been a great run by this team and hopefully we will take a few more steps forward. We are looking forward to a matchup with defending national champion Bowdoin."
