The University of Chicago men's tennis team closed out its weekend trip to Cleveland with a perfect 3-0 ledger, as the Maroons topped Oberlin College 9-0 on Sunday morning.
UChicago's men (5-0 record) blew away Oberlin in doubles play with scores of 8-1, 8-3 and 8-1. Singles was similarly one-sided as the Maroons did not allowed more than three games in any set en route to a singles sweep. Five different players only allowed three games in total in their victories. Multi winners included sophomore Ninan Kumar, first-year Jeremy Yuan, sophomore Erik Kerrigan and sophomore Abhin Sharma.
