Wu Leads Washington University Past Texas-Tyler

Senior Johnny Wuposted a pair of victories to help lead the No. 10-ranked Washington University in St. Louis men's tennis team to a 9-0 sweep of No. 39 University of Texas-Tyler Friday at the Dwight Davis Tennis Center in St. Louis.
WashU improved to 12-8 with the win, while Texas-Tyler had its four-match win streak snapped and dropped to 16-4. 

Wu teamed with freshman Benjamin van der Sman for an 8-4 win at No. 3 doubles, and then upset No. 11 ranked Arthur Fagundes at No. 1 singles 6-3, 4-6, 10-6. The ranked win for Wu was his third of the season.
