Jonathan Jemison & Adrien Bouchet of Emory Advance In Doubles At ITA Cup

The Emory doubles team of Jonathan Jemison and Adrien Bouchet have moved into the championship round at the ITA Cup following their Friday victory. This year's ITA Cup is being held at the Rome (GA) Tennis Center.

Jemison and Bouchet pocketed a 7-5, 6-1, triumph in the semifinals over the Gustavus Adolphus duo of Patrick Whaling and Chase Johnson, raising their fall record to 7-0. The Emory tandem will square off in Saturday's final against the Bowdoin College team of Yangeng Jiang and Justin Wang.

In singles, Boris Sorkin of Tufts, the No. 4 seed, defeated Jemison in the semifinals, 5-7, 7-5, 6-3. Jemison will play in Saturday's third-place match against Hobart's Alan Dubrovsky.
