The University of Chicago track and field teams headed out to the suburbs in pursuit of more low times at the North Central College Dr. Keeler Invitational on Thursday and Friday.

The two-day meet did not feature team scores. With two weeks until NCAA Division III Outdoor Nationals, the track and field participants were looking to lower times and raise marks to qualify.

The Maroon men were paced by senior Ryan Manzuk, whose time of 54.65 was fourth-best in the 400-meter hurdles. In the pole vault, senior Michael Bennett's top vault was 4.56 meters to place sixth.
