Bears Capture Five Titles at I-55 Triangular

The No. 17 ranked men's team won six events finishing a close second to University of Chicago at the I-55 Triangular hosted by Illinois Wesleyan University on Saturday afternoon.

The men finished second with 121 points just behind Chicago's 125.5 and well ahead of IWU's 70.5.

Junior Ezugo Onejeme was the lone WashU men's athlete to win more than one event. He placed first in both the long jump (6.35m) and triple jump (13.47m). Both distances set personal bests for Onejeme as he increased his top indoor marks by more than half a meter in both events.
