Two Men's Cross Country Teams Nationally Ranked; Seven Regionally Ranked

Two UAA men's cross country teams are nationally ranked and seven are regionally ranked in the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Division III Preseason Poll.

Defending Association champion Washington University (10th) and the University of Chicago (21st) are ranked nationally and ranked fifth and sixth, respectively, in the Midwest Region.

Carnegie Mellon University and NYU also received votes in the national poll. The Tartans are ranked sixth in the Mideast Region. The Violets and the University of Rochester are ranked fifth and sixth, respectively, in the Atlantic Region.

Emory University is ranked fourth in the South/Southeast Region. The Spartans ranked eighth in the Great Lakes Region.
