Bears Place Eighth at NCAA Midwest Region Cross Country Championships

The Washington University in St. Louis men's cross country team finished eighth at the 2015 NCAA Division III Midwest Region Cross Country Championships Saturday at Saukie Golf Course. 

The WashU men scored 174 points to finish eighth overall. The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire won the title with 54 points, while North Central College (Ill.) was second with 60. Just 15 points separated the fifth- through eighth-place teams in the meet.

Junior Ryan Becker (18th) and senior Josh Clark (29th) earned All-Region honors for the WashU men.
