Senior Ryan Becker led seven top-12 finishers for the Washington University in St. Louis men's team as the Bears won the team title at the Gil Dodds Invitational hosted by Wheaton College (Ill.) Saturday morning.
Becker raced to the individual title for the second year in a row with an 8K time of 25:22, five seconds ahead of junior David O'Gara. The WashU men had five runners place in the top-eight as they scored 20 points to win the team title by 19 points over runner-up North Central College.
