The University of Rochester women's basketball team upended Medaille College on Wednesday evening 67-50 at Medaille's Sullivan Center Gymnasium.

The win avenges UR's first loss of the season, as the Yellowjackets improve to 8-1 on the year.  Medaille drops its second straight and sits at 2-3.

After holding a six point lead at the half, 31-26, Rochester exploded out the gates in the second, rattling off a 16-2 spurt to grab full control of the contest.
