Members of the New York University women's fencing team are competing at the North American Cup (NAC), which is being held Friday-Monday, January 6-9, at The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH.

The NYU foursome of Audrey Edgington, Maria Free, Oliwia Szumilo, and Jacqueline Tubbs combined for a third-place finish in the Senior Women's Team sabre on Monday. The #3 seed out of five teams, the Violets' "D" team grabbed the bronze medal by defeating #5-seeded NYU "E", which consisted of Erika Levine, Marlena Lui, and Cydney Williams, by a score of 45-28.

The "E" team had advanced with a 45-37 victory over #4-seeded Lifesabres.
