The New York University women's golf team, ranked #10 by GolfStat.com, competed at the NCAA Division III Spring Preview on Monday and Tuesday, April 4-5, at the Bay Oaks Country Club in Houston, TX.
The Violets shot 639 (321-318) over the two-round tournament and placed second out of 13 teams. The #7-ranked University of Texas-Tyler won the tournament with a 616 (304-312).
"We had some great, solid scoring over the two days," said NYU Assistant Coach Meaghan Kenny. "If we can do that over a four-day period one month from now, we'd be extremely happy."
