Brandeis University has named Kerry (O'Malley) Baldwin as associate head coach of women's soccer, Director of Athletics Sheryl Sousa announced today.

Baldwin previously served as assistant coach under head coach Denise Dallamora from 2007 to 2010. She helped the Judges to three-straight ECAC Division III New England tournament finals, winning titles in 2007 and 2008. She coached one NSCAA All-American, Melissa Gorenkoff '09, and six All-University Athletic Association players.

"We are excited to welcome Kerry back to Brandeis," Sousa said. "In her previous tenure, she coached and recruited student-athletes that were part of a long string of success. I have no doubt Kerry will pick up right where she left off, with her subsequent experience enhancing her reputation."

Baldwin departed Brandeis in 2010 to return to the sidelines as an assistant at her alma mater, Division I St. Bonaventure University. While there, she helped the Bonnies to their third- and fourth-straight Atlantic 10 tournament berths, while two players earned first-team All-A10 honors.

In 2012 and 2013, Baldwin came back to the Boston area to serve as an assistant coach at Harvard University. The Crimson claimed the 2013 Ivy League title, and Baldwin coached five first-team All-League selections.

Baldwin is a 2007 St. Bonaventure graduate, serving as a two-year captain and earning All-Atlantic 10 honors for the Bonnies. She also spent one season at Providence College, where she was named to the 2002 Big East All Rookie team. A native of Longmeadow, Mass., Baldwin was the 2001 Massachusetts Player of the Year.
