First-year center back Rachel Legg led the Carnegie Mellon University defense that posted back-to-back shutouts to advance to the semifinals of the NCAA Division III Women’s Soccer Championship. She netted the first goal in a 3-0 sectional semifinal win over 17th-ranked Ohio Northern University and aided the Tartans in limiting the Polar Bears to one shot on goal.
