Dillione Breaks Another School Record, Case Women Finish Fifth at Wooster Invitational

WOOSTER, Ohio – Senior co-captain Maggie Dillione (Newtown, Pa./Council Rock North) broke her own school record in the 200-yard butterfly to lead the Case Western Reserve University women's swimming & diving team in a fifth-place finish at The College of Wooster Invitational at Ellen Shapiro Natatorium.

A day after breaking her own record in the 100 fly, Dillione set the meet record in the 200 with a time of 2:03.05.

In addition, fellow senior co-captain Sara Tillie (Fallston, Md./Fallston) placed fifth in the 100 freestyle with a time of 53.50.

Sophomores Riki Drout (Cincinnati, Ohio/Walnut Hills) and Rebecca Pakradooni (Augusta, Ga./Lakeside) also had top results as Drout finished third in the 3-meter dive and Pakradooni finished eighth in the 200 butterfly.

The Spartans are now idle for winter break training and won't return to competition until Saturday, January 18 at Allegheny College (Pa.).
