CHICAGO, Ill. -- The University of Chicago men's and women's swimming and diving teams posted a pair of strong team performances to defeat Washington University in St. Louis in a dual meet on Saturday.
The UChicago women edged out Washington-St. Louis 157-139, collecting 10 event wins on the day. Freshman Maya Scheidl was a winner in all four events she swam in. Sophomore Ciara Hu swam an NCAA B cut time in the 200-yard butterfly and also got a win in the 400-yard IM. Junior Jennifer Hill and freshman Alison Wall each tallied three wins.
