Maroons Swimming and Diving Wins Chicago Invitational

CHICAGO, Ill. – The University of Chicago swimming and diving teams kept their hot streak rolling by winning the Chicago Invitational on Saturday. The Maroons are now 2-0 in dual meets and have won both of their invitationals so far this season.

UChicago won the 10-team women's field with 947 points 

The Maroons won six more events on the women's side. Freshman Maya Scheidl won multiple events, including the 100-yard freestyle in 52.95 and as part of the 400-yard freestyle relay in 3:38.17. Junior Jennifer Hill also earned two victories in the 400-yard IM in 4:39.34 and as a member of the 800-yard freestyle relay in 8:03.95.
