In addition to Emory winning its seventh consecutive women's title at the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships, UAA swimmers combined for 132 All-America finishes.

Four women's and four men's UAA sqauds finished in the top-15 at the NCAA Championship. On the women's side, Washington University (seventh) and NYU (eighth) joined Emory in the top-10 with University of Chicago finishing 14th.

On the men's side, the Eagles finished third with the Bears and Violets placing eighth and ninth, respectively. The Maroons matched their women's success with a 14th-place finish in the men's championship.

Amanda Stadermann captured the first women's national swimming title in Washington University history by winning the 200-yard butterfly and Julia Wawer of the Eagles captured the NCAA title in the 200-yard freetstyle.

Oliver Smith of Emory won the men's NCAA title in the 50-yard freestyle, while Reed Dalton became the second Bear in program history to repeat as national champion when he successfully defended his title in the 100-yard butterfly.

Emory won seven relays, including its first-ever sweep of the five women's relays. Marissa Bergh swam on four winning relays in addition to individual All-America performances in the 50- and 100-yard freestyle events.

The Eagle men captured national titles in the 200- and 400-yard freestlye relays. Trey Kolleck, Alexander Hardwick, and Smith swam on both winning relays. Aaron Schwartz swam on the 200 freestyle and Hayes Burdette-Sapp swam on the 400 freestyle.
