Chicago Tops Wheaton in Dual Meet

From University of Chicago Athletics

The University of Chicago women's swimming and diving team captured a dual meet victory at Wheaton College on Saturday.

The Maroon women won by a score of 122-83. The visitors relied on their depth throughout the meet and swept the top three spots in two different events (women's 200-yard butterfly and women's 500-yard freestyle).

Three different women were multiple winners. Freshman Cecile Kurman-Browning, junior Maya Scheidl, junior Alison Wall and freshman Naomy Grand'Pierre combined to take the 400-yard freestyle relay in 3:33.59.
