Eagles Total Six NCAA B Cuts at Royal Open

The Emory University women's Swimming and Diving team closed out the regular season this weekend, posting six NCAA B Cut times at the Royal Open on the campus of Queens University in Charlotte, NC. 

On Friday, junior Ava Salmi touched at 2:03.79 to win the event while sophomore Hannah Lallyplaced second in the 100 Breaststroke (1:03.63 – prelims).

On Saturday, the Eagles added four more NCAA qualifying marks including two in event victories. Freshman Mia Morrell won the 400 IM in a time of 4:29.77 while classmate Maria Kyle won the 100 Fly at 56.33. Lally added another NCAA qualifying standard in the 200 Breast with a time of 2:18.87 in preliminaries and junior Sia Beasley in the 100 Backstroke, finishing third at 56.25.
