Cindy Cheng Notches NCAA "B" Cut at Georgia

The Emory University women's Swimming and Diving team closed out the dual meet part of the schedule on Saturday afternoon, competing against the University of Georgia.

Senior Cindy Cheng claimed a NCAA B Cut as well in the 100 Back, taking third at 57.01.

Cheng turned in another third place finish in the 200 Backstroke with a mark of 2:05.08 while junior Fiona Muir paced the Eagles with a pair of top-four finishes in the 50 Freestyle (4th, 24.29) and 100 Freestyle (52.78). Cheng helped the 200 Medley Relay quartet place third along with juniors Ashley Daniels, Meg Taylor and freshman Rachel Song, touching at 1:47.14 and in the 400 Freestyle Relay, Muir with teammates Taylor, senior Ming Ong and freshman Lucy Daro came in fourth with a time of 3:33.69.
