Senior Cindy Cheng provisionally qualified for the NCAA Division III Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships as Emory University fell to NCAA Division II Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina. She met the NCAA “B” mark by winning the 100-yard backstroke in 55.79 seconds. Cheng tied for second place in the 500-yard freestyle, just missing another NCAA “B” cut with a time of 5:00.96.
