No. 11 Washington University Upsets No. 7 Amherst in California

The No. 11-ranked Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis team picked up its biggest win of the season with a 5-4 victory over No. 7 Amherst College Tuesday in Claremont, Calif.

WashU improved to 5-4 with the win, while Amherst fell to 0-3.

"Today was a solid team win," said head coach Kelly Stahlhuth. "Our Bears fought hard together to get to that victory! I am so proud of our Women's Tennis Team."
