Washington University Advances to UAA Semifinals With Win Over Brandeis

The No. third-seeded and 10-ranked Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis team earned a 7-2 victory over No. 6 seed and No. 19-ranked Brandeis University in the quarterfinals of the 2017 University Athletic Association Association (UAA) Women's Tennis Championship Thursday in Altamonte Springs, Fla.

WashU improved to 12-8, 1-0 in the UAA with the win, while Brandeis had its six-match win streak snapped and fell to 14-4, 0-1 in the conference.
