From University of Chicago Athletics

The University of Chicago women's track and field team placed fourth at the Valparaiso Crusader Open on Saturday.

Sophomore Megan Verner-Crist dusted the women's 1,500 meter competition by 12 seconds. She crossed the finish line in 4:35.43.
