The University of Chicago women's track and field team competed at the North Central College Dr. Keller Invitational on Thursday and Friday.
THURSDAY
Senior Ade Ayoola was the top placer on the day for the Maroons. She finished third in the high jump with a height of 1.67 meters. Senior Khia Kurtenbach put up a fifth-place showing in the women's 5,000 meters – she crossed the finish line in 16:57.09.

FRIDAY
Junior Nicole VacaGuzman took runner-up honors in the 400 meters with a time of 56.41 seconds.
Sophomore Mary Martin joined her in the Top 10 with her sixth-place finish in the long jump (5.29 meters) and on the men's side, Tyson Miller was fourth in the 200 meters with a time of 22.54 seconds.
