Junior Cassandra Laios of Case Western Reserve University topped her program-best mark in the hammer throw at the Baldwin Wallace University Harrison Dillard Twilight on Friday. She won the event with a mark of 51.30 meters, smashing her previous mark of 50.35 meters set earlier this season. Laios placed fifth in the shot put (11.85 meters) and sixth in the discus (37.81 meters).
