University of Chicago's Isabel Maletich was picked as the Most Outstanding Women's Field Performer at the 2019 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships on Wednesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

According to the USTFCCCA website, winners are determined using a formula that includes team points scored, plus meet records, Division III season bests and facility records. Relay points are split equally between the four team members.

Maletich won the 10th NCAA individual title in UChicago track & field history on March 8. The Maroon rookie posted the top mark in the women's indoor long jump at 5.91 meters. The next day, she also earned All-American honors in the indoor triple jump, finishing sixth (11.77 meters).
