Gabrielle Stravach (Emory) became the first Eagles’ woman to earn All-America acclaim in the indoor mile at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships, placing second in 4:52.76, breaking her own program record from the preliminaries by two seconds… Nicole VacaGuzman (Chicago) garnered All-America honors with her eighth-place finish in the 400-meter dash in 56.44 seconds at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships… Annalise Wagner (Washington) placed second in a program-record time of 2:08.78 in the 800 meters, recording the fifth fastest time in Division III history, at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships. She ran the 800-meter leg of the runner-up distance medley relay that finished with a program-record time of 11:41.24. Heidi Nassos finished third in the pole vault to earn the first All-America honor of her career, registering a personal-best clearance of 3.90 meters… The Bears tied for fourth place in the team standings.
