Carnegie Mellon University senior middle blocker Erika Foose hit .484 with 2.36 kills and 1.36 blocks per set to earn Most Valuable Player honors at the Juniata College ASICS Invitational. She hit .467 (8-1-15), and contributed five service aces and nine blocks in the Tartans’ four-set win over 15th-ranked Ithaca College. Foose finished the weekend hitting .421, with nine kills and four blocks in a four-set win against the third-ranked hosts.
