Emory University senior Karissa Dzurik averaged 4.25 kills per set and hit .330 to lead the Eagles to a 4-0 record at the second UAA round robin. She hit .414 with 13 kills and just one error in the Eagles’ sweep of eighth-ranked University of Chicago, the Maroons’ only loss in Association play. Dzurik finished the weekend with 15 kills and a .433 hitting percentage in a sweep of ninth-ranked Washington University that earned the Eagles the top seed at the 2018 UAA Volleyball Championship.
