From Carnegie Mellon University Athletics

Junior Liz Snyder (Somerset, Pa./Somerset) of the Carnegie Mellon University Women's Cross Country team competed in the 2014 NCAA Division III Women's Cross Country Championships hosted by Wilmington College in Mason, Ohio on Saturday afternoon November, 22.

This year marks the first for Snyder competing in the NCAA Division III Championships.

Snyder crossed the finish line with a time of 22:50.1, to place 55th of 275 runners to complete the race. She averaged 6:07.3 per mile and has the best finish for a Carnegie Mellon runner since the 2011 season.
