The Washington University women's cross country team placed seven runners in the top-25 to win the team title at the Gil Dodds Invitational hosted by Wheaton College (Ill.) Saturday morning.'
Senior Ellen Toennies led seven runners in the top-25 for the WashU women, placing fourth in the 6K race with a time of 22:26. The Bears scored 46 points to win the team title by 11 points over runner-up Chicago.
