Rochester put its five finishers and both displacers in the top half of the field at the Cardinal Early Season Cross Country Invitational hosted by St. John Fisher College on Friday evening. 

Eighty-six women representing six colleges finished the race. Rochester had one in the top 10 and four in the top 30.  The Yellowjackets finished 7-22-27-28-31 with the displacers at 35 and 38.

Julia Myers was seventh in 16:12 for the four kilometer course. Kathryn Van Der was 22nd (16:37) with Jordan Hurlbut 27th (16:50). Kelly Reese was 28th in 16:52. Audrey Mattle completed Rochester's top five in 17:10 (31st). The displacers were Jordan Floyd (17:16, 35th) and Kirsten Holmberg (38th, 17:28).
