Hannah Haley and Sabrina Herrmann of the New York University women's cross country competed at the NCAA Division III Championship, which was hosted by Principia College on Saturday, November 18, at the North Farm Cross Country Course in Elsah, IL.

The duo qualified for the Championship as individuals based on their performance at last Saturday's NCAA Atlantic Regional.

Herrmann, a junior, finished in 121st place as she crossed the finish line in 22:23.70.

Haley completed the race in 23:10.20, which placed her 224th of 279 runners in her final collegiate cross country event.

Khia Kurtenbach of the University of Chicago won the 6k race with a time of 20:39.20, while Johns Hopkins University claimed the team title for the fifth time in six seasons.

Haley and Herrmann's efforts in Illinois conclude the women's cross country season.
